The San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation will hold its regular
meeting in the PreK 4 SA North Education Center, 3635 Medical Dr. beginning at 2:00 PM. Once a
quorum is established, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development
Corporation will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times:
Approval of Minutes
1. Approval of the minutes from the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development
Corporation Board of Directors meeting on September 13, 2022.
Public Comments
2. Public Comments [Interested speakers will have 3 minutes to address the PreK 4 SA Board on
PreK 4 SA related matters]
Consent Agenda
3. Board action to approve a Professional Services Agreement with the Miss Tristan Foundation, for
a term of December 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 and for a total contract value not to exceed
$210,000.00. [Sarah Baray, Ph.D, PreK 4 SA CEO]
4. Board action to approve an amendment to the Westat independent evaluation contract, expanding
the scope of services to include a 2year evaluation of the Shared Services Alliance and increasing
the contract value to a total not to exceed $3,837,361. [Sarah Baray, Ph.D., PreK 4 SA CEO]
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
5. CEO Update to include Municipal Leadership Training, Enrollment, Hiring, CACFP audit,

6. Briefing of results from Year 9 Independent Evaluation of PreK 4 SA Program by Westat.

At any time during the meeting, the Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation

Consideration of Future Meetings
The next meeting of the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation
Board of Directors is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 9:00 am for a strategic
planning retreat at the Botanical Gardens.
ADJOURNMENT
At any time during the meeting, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development
Corporation may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning
attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
