Once convened, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation Board of Directors Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation Board of Directors Meeting shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation meeting on January 28, 2025. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. CEO update to include program updates on enrollment, new South Center, and other operational updates. Authorizing the Pre­K 4 SA CEO to procure artwork for the Pre­K 4 SA South Center, including mural commissions, graphic installations, printing, installation, and other necessary materials or work, in an amount not to exceed $160,000. [Sarah Baray, Ph.D., Pre­K 4 SA CEO] 4. Authorizing the Pre­K 4 SA CEO to reallocate utilize funds among previously approved funds among budget categories for the new Pre­K 4 SA South Building. Authorizing the Pre­K 4 SA CEO to procure IT equipment, IT infrastructure, and installation for the Pre­K 4 SA South Center, including Classroom Observation Technology, ITSD Network Integration Equipment/Installation, and South Decommission Costs, in an amount not to exceed $720,000, with flexibility to reallocate funds among these categories as necessary.
