Houston in Conference Room B on the Concourse Level beginning at 10:00 AM. Once a quorum is established, the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Committee Meeting shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Committee meeting on November 16, 2023. Public Comments Individuals may sign up for live public comment the day of the meeting. Those unable to attend the meeting may participate by submitting written comment via email or voice message until 5:00 PM on the day before the meeting.
