City of San Antonio AGENDA Small Business Economic Development Advocacy Committee Meeting Friday, March 14, 2025 10:30 AM Municipal Plaza Building The Small Business Economic Development Advocacy Committee Meeting will hold its regular meeting at Municipal Plaza Building, Room B, beginning at 10:30 AM. Once convened, the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy Committee Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy Committee Meeting shall consider the following: Call to Order Call the Roll Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Committee meeting on Friday, February 14, 2025. Public Comments Individuals may sign up for live public comment the day of the meeting. Those unable to attend the meeting may participate by submitting written comment via email or voice message until 5:00 PM on the day before the meeting. Comments may be provided in English or Spanish and interpretation services will be provided with advanced notice. Email comments of up to 300 words to SmallBizInfo@sanantonio.gov. Comments that do not pertain to the agenda items sent by email or left on voicemail will not be presented to Commission. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Update on the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency and the Supply SA Initiative. 3. Review of recent and proposed directives and legislation potentially affecting the SBEDA program 4. Future Agenda Items/Future Meeting Dates Chair and Staff Updates At any time during the meeting, the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy Committee Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
