Once convened, the Small Business Advisory Commission Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Small Business Advisory Commission Meeting shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Small Business Advisory Committee meeting on November 17, 2021, November 29, 2021, and December 4, 2021. Public Comments Individuals may sign up for live public comment the day of the meeting. Those unable to attend the meeting may participate by submitting written comment via email or voice message until 5:00 PM on the day before the meeting. Comments may be provided in English or Spanish and interpretation services will be provided with advanced notice. Email comments of up to 300 words to SmallBizInfo@sanantonio.gov.
