City of San Antonio AGENDA Small Business Advisory Commission City Hall Complex San Antonio, Texas 78205 Monday, January 24, 2022 10:30 AM Municipal Plaza Building The Small Business Advisory Commission will hold its regular meeting in the “B" Room, Municipal Plaza Building, 105 Main Plaza, beginning at 10:30 AM. Once convened, the Small Business Advisory Commission will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Small Business Advisory Commission shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Discussion and action to approve the meeting minutes from the following Small Business Advisory Commission Meetings: November 17, 2021; November 29, 2021; December 4, 2021; December 20, 2021; January 11, 2022. Public Comments Individuals may sign up for live public comment the day of the meeting. Those unable to attend the meeting may participate by submitting written comment via email or voice message until 5:00 PM on the day before the meeting. Comments may be provided in English or Spanish and interpretation services will be provided with advanced notice. Email comments of up to 300 words to SmallBizInfo@sanantonio.gov. Briefing and discussion on the current list of all small business assistance programs currently managed by the Economic Development Department with budget amount and date of expiration. 3. Update on the Economic Development Department Strategic Planning Initiative and the role of the Small Business Advisory Commission. 4.
