City of San Antonio AGENDA Small Business Advisory Commission Large Concourse Room B, City Tower, 100 W. Houston St. Large Concourse Room B, Tuesday, October 8, 2024 10:00 AM City Tower, 100 W. Houston St. The Small Business Advisory Commission will hold its regular meeting in Large Concourse Room B, City Tower, 100 W. Houston St., beginning at 10:00 AM. Once convened, the Small Business Advisory Commission will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Small Business Advisory Commission shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Small Business Advisory Commission meeting from September 10, 2024. Public Comments Individuals may sign up for live public comment the day of the meeting. Those unable to attend the meeting may participate by submitting written comment via email or voice message until 5:00 PM on the day before the meeting. Comments may be provided in English or Spanish and interpretation services will be provided with advanced notice. Email comments of up to 300 words to SmallBizInfo@sanantonio.gov. Voicemail comments can be left at (210) 207­3922. Voice messages will be limited to 300 words transcribed. Comments that do not pertain to the agenda items sent by email or left on voicemail will not be presented to Commission. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Briefings from local chamber of commerce organizations for the first of a series of chamber of commerce briefings about services and programs for small businesses. 3.
