Discussion and Possible Action to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, and EBX-GCW, LLC (Festina Lente Ranch) for the purchase and transfer of Golden-Cheeked Warbler conservation credits. Discussion and Possible Action to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, and Bandera Conservation Corridor, LLC (BCCB) for the purchase and transfer of Golden-Cheeked Warbler conservation credits.
