Discussion and possible action on SEP-HCP for WTG Bexar Transmission (LAND-SEP- APP-25-46900017). This project is located in western Bexar county and a small portion of eastern Medina counties. Discussion and possible action on SEP-HCP for PEDCOR INVESTMENTS (LAND-SEP- APP26-46900002). This project is located off of Alamo Ranch Parkway, San Antonio, Texas, Bexar County. This project is located from Talley Road approximately three miles southward to Stevens Ranch in San Antonio, Texas . Staff recommends Approval.
