Flores Street, beginning at 6:00 PM. Once convened, the Storm Water Management Advisory Board will take up the following items. Roll Call Approval of Minutes Approval of the Minutes from the meeting held on January 13, 2026. Public Comment 1. Public Comment. Individuals signed up to speak have up to 3 minutes. Staff Presentation 2. Finalization of Scoring Criteria Framework – Victoria Escobedo, P.E., CFM, Public Works Department Board Discussion 3. Annual Calendar 4. Future Agenda Items Adjournment At any time during the meeting, the Storm Water Management Advisory Board may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
