Financial Report 3. The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Inner City TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Authorizing a Development Agreement between the City of San Antonio, the Inner City TIRZ Board of Directors, and Commerce Street Kitchen, LLC for an amount up to $142,331 for the Royal Blue Grocery on Commerce Project located at 1431 E. Commerce Street, within the Inner City TIRZ boundaries. 5. Authorizing a Development Agreement between the City of San Antonio, the Inner City TIRZ Board of Directors, and All Aboard Holdings, LP for an amount up to $1,025,000 for the St. Paul Square Rehabilitation and Preservation Project located on East Commerce Street within the Inner City TIRZ boundaries. 6. Authorizing an Agreement with Forward Progress Arts & Entertainment in an amount up to $175,145 for the Eastside Youth Content Creator Fall 2024 Program. 7. Authorizing a Funding Agreement between the City of San Antonio and the Inner City TIRZ Board of Directors for an amount up to $1,800,000 for expenses related to design for a senior center and development of a concept master plan for the Lord Road property recently acquired by the City and adjacent Copernicus Park. 8. Authorizing a Funding Agreement between the City of San Antonio and the Inner City TIRZ Board of Directors for an amount up to $200,000 for the installation of artwork on the Nolan Street Underpass located within the Inner City TIRZ boundaries. 9. Authorizing a Funding Agreement between the City of San Antonio and the Inner City TIRZ Board of Directors for an amount up to $250,000 for relocation expenses incurred by the City in connection with the Ella Austin Community Center Renovation Project, a project previously approved by the Board.
