Once a quorum is established, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 11 Inner City shall consider the following: Public Comments 1. Members of the public must register in person (fill out provided sign in sheet) prior to the posted meeting time to speak for, against, or on any item on the agenda. Individuals are given three (3) minutes to speak, and groups are given nine (9) minutes to address the Board. Approval of Minutes 2. Approval of the Minutes from the December 2, 2024 meeting of the Inner City TIRZ Board of Directors. Financial Report 3. The Financial Management Division will present on the financial status of the Inner City TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Resolution approving an agreement with the City’s Parks and Recreation Department in an amount up to $150,000 for a Late Night Hoops Program to take place within the boundaries of the Inner City TIRZ. 5. Resolution approving an agreement with the City’s Parks and Recreation Department in an amount up to $250,000 for improvements to Mahncke Park. 6. Resolution approving an agreement with the City’s Economic Development Department in an amount up to $500,000 for an Eastside Façade Improvements Grant program for businesses located in the Inner City TIRZ boundaries. 7. Resolution authorizing City Staff to negotiate the purchase of certain parcels for affordable housing, parkland, or places of public assembly for up to $2,000,000. These funds were previously authorized by the San Antonio City Council. Staff Updates 8.
