Approval of the Minutes from the May 20, 2024 meeting of the Westside TIRZ Board of Directors. Financial Report 3. The Financial Management Division will present on the financial status of the Westside TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Authorizing the negotiation and execution of an agreement with the San Antonio Housing Trust Public Facility Corporation in an amount up to $250,000 to support the Cattlemen’s Square Community Vision to include community engagement, feasibility, and preliminary master planning of publicly owned assets in located in Council District 5. 5. Authorizing the negotiation and execution of an agreement with Corazon San Antonio in an amount up to $125,000 to conduct all necessary activities including assessment, planning, feasibility, design, and/or improvements to property within or near the Historic Cattlemen’s Square area in Council District 5 for the purpose of providing services for unhoused clients. 6. Authorizing the negotiation and execution of an agreement with the House of Neighborly Services in an amount up to $500,000 to support capital improvements located in Council District 5. 7. Briefing on proposed TIRZ amendments for the Westside TIRZ: a. Remove 17 parcels; b. Increase participation rate from 90% to 100%; and c. Extend term to 2060. Staff Updates 8. Briefing on future projects for consideration. Adjournment 6.
