Financial Report
3. The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Midtown
TIRZ
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
4. Briefing and discussion on Core Principles for Public Engagement. (Lori Houston, Assistant City
Manager)
5. Briefing and discussion on equity as a priority for the Midtown TIRZ. (Lupita Gonzalez, Board
Member)
6. Resolution authorizing staff to negotiate an amendment to the Agreement with the Witte Museum in
an amount of $500,000 plus capital administration fees for additional public improvements to the
Dawson Family Hall. (Lori Houston, Assistant City Manager)
7. Resolution authorizing $150,000 to reconcile the Brackenridge Park Master Plan, Brackenridge
Park Conservancy Cultural Landscape Plan, and Midtown Regional Center Plan and authorizing
an additional $75,000 for administrative and project support. (Lori Houston, Assistant City
Manager)
8. Resolution authorizing up to $100,000 for a Phase 1 traffic study for Brackenridge Park area.

9. Resolution authorizing Bexar County to enter into a 10 year 40% tax abatement agreement with
Quincy Residential, LLC for the Quincy Apartments Project located in Council District 1 and
