Houston Street, San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 2:00 PM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #38 Somerset Grove Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Public Comments 1. Members of the public can sign up to speak for, against, or on any item on the agenda. Approval of Minutes 2. Approval of the Minutes from the October 19, 2022 meeting of the Somerset Grove TIRZ Board of Directors. Financial Report 3. The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Somerset Grove TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Resolution authorizing payment of Invoice #2 to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, LTD, for a total amount of $4,099,479.11 from future increment for allowable reimbursable expenses within the approved Development Agreement.
