Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 39 Valley Sol will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Public Comments 1. Members of the public must register in person (fill out provided sign in sheet) prior to the posted meeting time to speak for, against, or on any item on the agenda. Individuals are given three (3) minutes to speak, and groups are given nine (9) minutes to address the Board. Approval of Minutes 2. Approval of the Minutes from the December 6, 2023 meeting of the Valley Sol TIRZ Board of Directors. Financial Report 3. The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Valley Sol TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Resolution authorizing payment of Invoice #3 to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, LTD, for a total amount up to $5,662,240.67 in allowable reimbursable expenses from future increment. Staff Updates 3. The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Valley Sol TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4.
