The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Houston Street TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Funding Agreement between the City of San Antonio, Houston Street TIRZ, and Centro San Antonio for an amount not to exceed $200,000 in FY2025 and $200,000 in FY2026 for the activation initiatives in downtown San Antonio. 5. Resolution authorizing the negotiation and execution of a Funding Agreement between City of San Antonio and the Houston Street TIRZ for an amount not to exceed $250,000 for lighting and décor on Houston Street. 6. Resolution authorizing the negotiation and execution of an agreement with the Alameda Theater Conservancy for stucco repairs to the exterior of the Alameda Theater building in the amount of $310,000 using City of San Antonio Houston Street TIRZ tax increment. 7.
