The Financial Management Division will present on the financial status of the Houston Street TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Authorizing the negotiation and execution of an agreement with Corazon San Antonio in an amount up to $125,000 to conduct all necessary activities including assessment, planning, feasibility, design, and/or improvements to property within or near the Historic Cattlemen’s Square area in Council District 5 for the purpose of providing services for unhoused clients. 5. Briefing on proposed TIRZ amendments for the Houston Street TIRZ: a. Addition of 17 parcels; and b.
