Attendance: In response to the State’s declaration of a Public Health Emergency and
the Mayor’s Proclamation of Emergency, the Board of Adjustment meeting will be
conducted virtually.

Public Comment:
• By video: A person attending the Zoom meeting by video conference (using a

1. Case #2022-4945. 1931 Warner Avenue Recovery Center Special Use
Permit. Mifsud Associates Architects, LLC, Agent, for Santa Fe Recovery
Center, Inc., Owner, requests approval of a Special Use Permit for a Group
Home and Residential Treatment at 1931 Warner Avenue. The property
is zoned C-2 (General Commercial), and is two lots totaling approximately
1.36 acres. (Daniel Alvarado, Case Manager, djalvarado@santafenm.gov,
955-6670).
