a. Request for Approval of Amendment No. 4 to Service Agreement 19-0056
with B&D Industries, Inc., to extend the term of the Agreement and to
increase compensation by $55,000, plus applicable New Mexico gross

b. Request for Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Professional Service
Agreement 21-0421 with Daniels Insurance to extend the term of the
Agreement and to increase the compensation in an amount up to
$150,000 plus applicable New Mexico gross receipts tax for fiscal year
