SPECIAL PROCEDURES FOR VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE AND PUBLIC COMMENT:
In response to the State’s declaration of a Public Health Emergency, the Mayor’s
Proclamation of Emergency, and the ban on public gatherings of more than five (5)
people, the Historic Districts Review Board meeting will be conducted virtually using
Zoom.
Viewing: Members of the public may stream the meeting live on the City of Santa Fe’s
YouTube channel

replace windows, raise parapets, and construct a fence and a 449 sq.ft

proposes to paint, strip paint from tiles and put up signs on a contributing

Historic District. Jesse Roach, owner and agent, proposes to construct a
736 sq. ft. garage on a contributing structure. An exception to Section
14-5.2(E) is requested for style. An allowance is requested for additional
height due to slope for a total height 14 ft 3 in, where the maximum is 13 ft
