District. Contributing. Christopher Purvis, agent for Brendan Dolan,
owner, requests window replacement on the west and north elevations,
repair and add expoxy of the wood addition on the south elevation, a
12’7” addition on the west elevation, re-stucco, and other associated

2. 2023-006480-HDRB. 465 Camino de las Animas. Downtown and
Eastside Historic District. Contributing. Ed Boniface, agent for Dan &
Laura Boeckman, owners, proposes to construct a 1,704 square-foot
single-story addition on the north elevation, remove HVAC roof top units
and ducts and replace with smaller units, replacement of 3 windows,
reroof, restucco, and two interior yard walls. The height of the proposed
addition will be 13’2”. (Heather Lamboy)
