EARLY NEIGHBORHOOD NOTIFICATION NOTICE DECEMBER 15, 2022 5:30 PM ATTEND VIRTUALLY ENN NAME Paseo del Sol Extension Project PROJECT ADDRESS From Paseo del Sol/Herrera Drive to Jaguar Drive DESCRIPTION The Paseo del Sol Extension Project comprises the primary roadway and utility infrastructure serving Phase 3A of Tierra Contenta and is being designed in a collaboration between the City of Santa Fe Public Works Department and the Tierra Contenta Corporation. This infrastructure is being designed by Design Enginuity, a local civil engineering firm, and managed by JenkinsGavin, Inc., both contracted with the Tierra Contenta Corporation. The City of Santa Fe requires an Early Neighborhood Notification (ENN) meeting be conducted for City capital infrastructure projects. It is intended to provide opportunity for the community to review, comment, and provide significant feedback on the City’s capital infrastructure projects before plans become too firm to respond meaningfully to community concerns.
