STAFF COMMUNICATIONS a. The City of Santa Fe Planning and Land Use Department and Clarion Associates will present the Land Development Code Update “Assessment Report,” the first major deliverable of Phase 1. The Assessment Report catalogs the feedback received thus far from staff, the public and City leadership and introduces preliminary recommendations to update the Land Development Code. Clarion Associates will provide a visual presentation, followed by a question-and- answer session with the Planning Commission and the public. The public is invited to attend to learn more about the project and provide feedback on the preliminary recommendations presented in the Assessment Report. 5. MATTERS FROM THE COMMISSION 6.
