5. Ken Ogorzalek, 711 Cambridge Drive
Mr. Ogorzalek asked if there is an update regarding road construction specifically at the
intersection of Weathersfield Road and Braintree Drive.
Trustee Bieschke stated Braintree Drive is scheduled to be fully reconstructed between
Weathersfield Road and Wise Road and includes adding a roundabout. He
stated that Weathersfield Road to Schaumburg Road is a separate resurfacing project,
and Schaumburg Road to Bode Road is a separate resurfacing project.
Mr. Ogorzalek stated that he saw a boot (wheel lock clamp) being placed on a car in
Schaumburg and asked who placed the boot on a car.
Trustee Clar stated that police officers issue tickets and the auxiliary officers place the
boot on vehicles.
Chief Wolf stated a boot is placed on a vehicle after multiple citations are issued.
6. Fred Crivlare, 192 Grovenor Drive
Mr. Crivlare stated that the street on Kingsport Drive was recently paved. He said that
the street was dry, but it looked wet and he was wondering why that occurred.
Trustee Bieschke explained that the top layer material on the road is different and darker
than the bottom layer material. He stated that a year after paving a road, a sealer may be
installed to preserve and extend the life of the road.
7. George Dunham, 212 Woburn Lane
Mr. Dunham stated that the snowplow schedule rotation can cause confusion for residents,
but all the roads will be plowed.
8. Robert Leesman, 1515 Syracuse Lane
Mr. Leesman stated that he has not been able to connect to 311 from his cell phone and
reported his issue at the last meeting. He said that Tom Lake, Manager of the 311 Center,
provided information about certain phone carriers may not offer a reliable connection to
311, but the landline will connect.
Mr. Leesman stated that he also cleared the snow from drains in the street.
Trustee Bieschke stated that clearing fire hydrants is also helpful to save the fire department
time in the event of a fire.

resolved.
10. Steve Gruenwald, 132 Sumac Court
