Call to Order Chair Falchek called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. II. Welcome and Roll Call The chair took roll. Chair Falchek and Alexander Placke, Harry McKay, and Attny Finnerty were present. III. Approval of the Minutes of September 18, 2024, meeting. Chair Falchek, confirmed the minutes were reviewed. An addition to the minutes were made outlining the price of the mailbox. McKay moved to approve, seconded by Falchek. A vote was taken and the motion passed. IV. Reports a. Solicitor’s Report. No communications to report. b. Gifts Committee Report. No gifts reported. c. Finance Committee. Nothing new to report V. New Business No New business to discuss. VI. Old Business a. Approval of Solicitor Invoice. The invoice was reviewed and Placke moved to approve, which was seconded by McKAy. A vote was taken and the motion carried. B. Financial Disclosure by elected city officials. The participation in Financial disclosure by city officials was reviewed by the board, and a motion was brought for Chairman Falchek to draft a letter to the Law department emphasizing the importance for follow up on financial filings for the few delinquent filers. Falchek moved to pass this motion, which Placke seconded. A vote was taken and the motion passed. VII. Other Matters a. No other matters to discuss tt  VIII. Public Comment: No member of the public were present at the meeting. IX Adjournment: Mr. Placke moved to adjourn at 6:47pm which was seconded by McKay. A vote was taken and the motion passed
