Solicitor Kennedy was present. 3. Public Comment Terry Thompson discussed his objection to the entry level police department approval process. 4. Minutes Minutes of April 1, 2025, meeting was approved by unanimous vote. 5. Bills and Invoices Invoice from Atty. John Kennedy for March 2025, Invoice No. 2466 in the amount of $950.00 was approved by unanimous vote. 6. Unfinished Business There was no unfinished business. 7. New Business A. Police Entry Certified List. The Police Entry Certified List was approved by unanimous vote. B. Police Department presentation on changes to promotion testing.
