Call to Order Chair Falchek called meeting to order at 6:04pm II. Welcome and Roll Call The chair took roll. Andrew LaZella absent. Chair Falchek, Teresa Grettano, Harry McKay, Alex Placke, and Attny Finnerty present. III. Approval of the Minutes of 19 March 2025 meeting. David Falchek, confirmed the minutes were reviewed. McKay moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Grettano. A vote was taken and the motion passed. IV. Reports a. Solicitor’s Report- nothing new b. Gifts / Finance Subcommittee Reports- nothing new V. Public Participation No members of the public were present. VI. Adjournment Teresa Grettano moved to adjourn at 6:16pm, Alex Placke seconded.
