HARB Regular Meeting January 9th, 2025, 5:30 p.m. Governors Room Approved Minutes 1. Roll Call: Present: Michael Muller, Katie Gilmartin, Conrad Bosley, William Lesniak Solicitor: Attorney John Finnerty Absent: Katherine Kearney 2. Review of Minutes: Minutes from the December meeting. Mr. Bosley made a motion, seconded by Ms. Gilmartin, to approve the minutes. (APPROVED 4-0) 3. New Business: Approval of application for Certificate of Appropriateness at 115 117 Penn Ave. Mr. Bosley made a motion, seconded by Mr. Lesniak, to approve the project. (APPROVED 3-0-1 as Mr. Muller abstained as the Architect on the project) Approval of application for signage at 127 N Washington Ave for the replacement of a sign for new tenants, Tachi Hill. Ms. Gilmartin made a motion, seconded by Mr. Bosley, to approve the new signage. (APPROVED 4-0) 4. Miscellaneous: Approval of Scranton Times Ad Invoice for the December HARB meeting costing $81.48. Mr. Lesniak made a motion, seconded by Mr. Bosley, to approve the invoice. (APPROVED 4-0) 5. Adjournment: Mr. Bosley made a motion, seconded by Ms. Gilmartin, to adjourn the meeting at 5:41.
