CALL TO ORDER Members Present: Joe Enten, Jonathan Bates, Jennifer Davis, Joseph Murphy, Gus Fahey Members Absent: Todd Pousley, Ryan Flanigan Staff Present: Tom Reilly, Donald King, Jacob Weinberg 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. July Minutes Mr. Bates made a motion, seconded by Mr. Murphy, to approve the minutes (ALL IN FAVOR) 3. OLD BUISNESS a. Review of Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan for the Davis St Apartments for Delray Properties LLC at 406 Davis St in the R-9. (90 DAY) The commission received an application extension b. Review of Preliminary Final Land Development Plan for the Townhomes & Laundromat for CKPA, LLC at 1012 Wheeler Ave, Scranton PA 18510 (60 DAY) Mr. Bates made a motion, seconded by Mr. Murphy, to approve a waiver for SALDO 804.B: to eliminate the requirement for financial security as there’s no improvements associated with this project to be offered for public dedication. (ALL IN FAVOR) Mr. Murphy made a motion, seconded by Mr. Fahey, to grant conditional approval upon received responses to the remaining outstanding comments c. Review of Land Development Plan for North End Electric for Hendricks Properties LLC at 1225 N Keyser Ave, Scranton PA 18510 in the CI Zone.(30 DAY) No action was taken as it is still under review. 4. OTHER BUISNESS Ms. Davis brought up a concern about the current zoning ordinance not addressing data centers and Don King addressed that the city is working on some amendments to the zoning ordinance and data centers will be one of the topics covered in the amendment. Mr. Fahey shared a personal anecdote about the nuances of the topic and how there can be benefits and harms. 5. ADJOURNMENT Mr. Murphy made a motion, seconded by Ms. Davis to adjourn the meeting. All in favor.
