The Appearance Commission members present waited until 7:45 in case additional members joined the meeting. (II) ADJOURNMENT Commissioner DaMario asks for a motion to adjourn the meeting. All 3 voted yes. No meeting was held due to a lack of quorum.

The detail submitted on the door was hard to read and the drawing makes it look like a door that is typically found on a detached garage. Any code and permitting requirements will also need to be adhered to. 2024-002A 7909 Lincoln Ave – Staff has no objections to the proposed façade changes as long as the windows along Lincoln Ave utilize clear transparent glass per Zoning Chapter requirements. The windows along the south façade are allowed, as long as they meet all Building and or Fire Code requirements.
