Shah Trustees James H.Johnson Khem Khoeun Chair Evans called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and conducted a roll call. Vice Ratph Klein Alison PureSlovin Chair Heiene Levine was in attendance, along with the following Commissioners: Keith A. Robinson Nicole Potthast, Bruce Rottner, and Ferdinand Soco. Also present were Police Edie Sue Sutker Manager JohnT.Lockerby Chief Brian Baker, Fire Chief Jeffrey Hoeflich, and acting Board Secretary Edward Counsel Michael M, Large Stare. Commissioner Rottner made a motion, seconded by Vice Chair Levine to approve the Minutes of the September 18, 2023, Regular Meeting as written. Motion carried 5-0. Awards and Distinctions American Public Works Association The Board reviewed a memo from Chief Baker announcing the retirement of Police (APWA) Accreditation Sergeant Kevin Kruswicki. The Board accepted Sgt. Kruswicki's retirement and the Commission on Fire Accreditation International (CFAI) Board thanked Sgt. Kruswicki for his service to the Village. Gold Level Clean Air Counts Community Discussion surrounding the possibility of utilizing multiple Polygraph examination Government Finance Officers vendors in order to timely process the candidate pool was tabled until the Association Budget Award November 20 Board meeting. Government Finance Officers Association Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in At 6:15 p.m., Commissioner Potthast, seconded by Commissioner Soco, made a Financial Reporting motion to move into Executive Session. Motion carried 5-0. Illinois Law Enforcement Accreditation (ILEAP) Insurance Services Office (ISO) The next regular Commission meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 20, Class One Fire Department 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in Village Hall.
