Shah Jeffrey Hoeflich, Fire Chief Trustees James HJahnson KhemKhoeun Ralph Klein Chair Evans called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and called the roll. Two Alison Pure Slovin members were absent: Commissioners Bruce Rottner and Ferdinand Soco. There Keith A. Robinson EdieSueSutker was a quorum present and Chair Evans proceeded with the meeting. Chair Evans Manager John T. Lackerby made a grammatical correction to the December 18, 2023 regular meeting minutes. Michael M. Large Counsei Vice Chair Levine made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Potthastto approve the Minutes of the December 18, 2023 Regular Meeting as amended. Motion carried 3 -0. Sample reports from potential polygraph examination vendors will be forwarded to Awards and Distinctions Commissioners for review and discussion at the next meeting. American Public Works Association (APWA) Accreditation Commission on Fire Accreditation At 6:06 p.m., Commissioner Potthast, seconded by Vice Chair Levine, made a International (CFAI) motion to move into Executive Session. Motion carried 3-0. Gold Level Clean Air Counts Community The next regular Commission meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 20,2024 Government Finance Officers Association Budget Award at 6:00 p.m. in Village Hall.
