Shah Jeffrey Hoeflich, Fire Chief Trustees James H.Johnsan Khem Khoeun Chair Evans called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and called the roll. One Ralph Klein Alison Pure Slovin member was absent: Commissioner Ferdinand Soco. There was a quorum present Keith A. Robinson and Chair Evans proceeded with the meeting. Vice Chair Levine made a motion, EdieSueSutker Manager John T, Lockerby seconded by Commissioner Potthast to approve the Minutes of the December 18, Counsel Michael M. Large 2023 Regular Meeting, as amended. Motion carried 4 -0. Chair Evans made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Rottner to approve the Minutes of the January 16, 2024 Regular meeting, as written. Motion carried 4-0. The Board reviewed the resignation letter from Firefighter Alex Berton and Awards and Distinctions discussed the circumstances surrounding the resignation. The Board accepted American Public Works Association (APWA) Accreditation Firefighter Berton's resignation. Commission on Fire Accreditation International (CFAI) Sample reports from potential polygraph examination vendors were provided to Gold Level Clean Air Counts Board for review and discussion. Due to the absence of Human Resources Director Community and Board Secretary Debra Stinson, the review and discussion will take place at the Government Finance Officers Association Budget Award March Board meeting. Government Finance Officers Association Certificate of At 6:10 p.m., Commissioner Potthast, seconded by Vice Chair Levine, made a Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting motion to move into Executive Session. Motion carried 4-0. Illinois Law Enforcement Accreditation (I LEAP) The next regular Commission meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 18,2024, at Insurance Services Office (ISO) 6:00 p.m. in Village Hail.
