As there were no corrections to the July 21, 2025 meeting minutes, they were approved. During the public comment portion of the meeting, a citizen expressed interest in meeting with the public safety department leaders to discuss revisions to emergency medical transport protocols and the potential inclusion of additional receiving/destination health care facilities. The Fire Lieutenant Promotional Process candidate pool has reduced from 21 to 18 and the final BFPC interview panel will include the following Commissioners: Willard Evans, Nicole Potthast, Bruce Rottner and Ferdinand Soco. With no further business on the agenda, at 6:19 p.m. Board Chair Willard Evans made a motion to move into Executive Session, seconded by Vice Chair Helene Levine.
