12993 MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Skokie, Cook County, Illinois held in the Council Chambers at 5127 Oakton Street at 8 p.m. on Monday, April 18, 2016 Pledge of Allegiance led by Village Clerk Pramod Shah. Robert Katzman, differentslants.com gave a gift to the Village of Skokie of Newsweek and Time Magazine articles for the year of 1978 during the Nazi March in Skokie. James Kardasis, 4600 Oakton spoke about parking by his business. Jordan Hirsch, 8016 Lincoln spoke about the eminent domain proceedings at 8014 Lincoln.
