13027 MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Skokie, Cook County, Illinois held in the Council Chambers at 5127 Oakton Street at 8 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2016 Pledge of Allegiance led by Village Clerk Pramod Shah. MOTION CARRIED Mayor Van Dusen paid a tribute to former Trustee Donald Perille. He mentioned that he was an exemplary public servant who served for 50 years in the Village of Skokie. Citizen Comments. Parents of Eric Wolff-Klammer, 7820 Keystone, spoke about Truck, Cargo and Panel Vans parking regulations.
