13029 MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Skokie, Cook County, Illinois held in the Council Chambers at 5127 Oakton Street at 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2016 Pledge of Allegiance led by Cub Scout Pack #85 from Middleton School. Plan Commission Case 2016-24P – Site Plan Approval: 5500-5542 Touhy Avenue Motion to concur with the Plan Commission that the petitioner’s request for modified site plan approval for a 4-lot planned development at 5500-5542 Touhy Avenue that includes 4 buildings, continued relief from sections of the Signs chapter to allow additional wall signs on non-street-facing building facades, a new ATM canopy and a shared surface parking lot be approved subject to all conditions.
