13055 MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Skokie, Cook County, Illinois held in the Council Chambers at 5127 Oakton Street at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 Pledge of Allegiance led by Village Clerk Pramod Shah. The Clerk called the Roll. Those present were Roberts, Sutker, Ulrich, Bromberg, Klein, Gray- Keeler and Mayor Van Dusen. Motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Moved: Trustee Ulrich Seconded: Trustee Sutker Ayes: Roberts, Sutker, Ulrich, Bromberg, Klein, Gray-Keeler and Mayor Van Dusen Nays: None. Absent: None MOTION CARRIED Mayor Van Dusen recognized and welcomed Rene Roy for volunteering on the Performing Arts Center Board. * Approve, as submitted, minutes of regular meeting held Tuesday, January 3, 2017. Purchase of One (1) Rescue Pumper Fleet #100/R17 Pierce Squad/Pumper - Pierce Manufacturing, Aurora, Illinois $791,000. Motion to award a contract to Pierce Manufacturing, Aurora, IL in the amount of $791,000 for purchase of one Rescue Pumper Fleet #100/R17 Squad/Pumper. Omnibus vote. Report of the Corporation Counsel. CONSENT: *A. Ordinance 17-1-Z-4270 An ordinance granting site plan approval for a two-lot planned development at 4817-4833 Oakton Street, Skokie, Illinois in a CX Core Mixed-Use district and relief from Chapter 82, Sections 82-27(c)(2) and 82-27(c)(3) of the Skokie Village Code (2016-29P). Executive Session Motion to approve the Corporation Counsel’s request for an executive session in accordance with paragraph 2(c)(11) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act pertaining to the review and discussion of pending litigation at the end of the regular meeting and to adjourn therefrom.
