13129 MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Skokie, Cook County, Illinois held in the Council Chambers at 5127 Oakton Street at 8 p.m. on Monday November 6, 2017 Pledge of Allegiance led by Cub Scout Pack #85 from Middleton School. The Clerk called the Roll. Those present were Sutker, Ulrich, Bromberg, Klein, Gray-Keeler and Mayor Van Dusen. Trustee Roberts was not present. Motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Ordinance 17-11-Z-4332 Motion to adopt an ordinance granting a special use permit to allow outdoor storage at 7738 Austin Avenue, Skokie, Illinois, in an M3 Industry district, and repealing Village Ordinance Number 16-1-Z-4198 (2017-30P). Plan Commission Case 2017-28P – Street Vacation: Central Park Avenue Motion to concur with the Plan Commission to approve the petitioner’s request to vacate Central Park Avenue west of and adjacent to the properties at 3550 Lake and 8950 East Prairie Road, east of and adjacent to a portion of the property at 62 Williamsburg Rd, and east of and adjacent to the property at 63 Williamsburg Road and 64 Williamsburg Rd. in an R1 single-family district be approved subject to all conditions.
