13133 MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Skokie, Cook County, Illinois held in the Council Chambers at 5127 Oakton Street at 8 p.m. on Monday November 20, 2017 Pledge of Allegiance led by Cub Scout Packs 968 and 970 from Skokie School District 68. Motion to approve the Consent Agenda with a correction of the address on #B on the Corporation Counsel’s report from 3907 East Prairie Rd. to 7634 East Prairie Rd. Case 2017-05M – A request by Board of Education, Skokie/Morton Grove School District 69, a municipal entity of Illinois at 5050-5100 Madison Street and 8330 Niles Center Road for an amendment to Site Plan Approval Ordinance 17-5-Z-4291 through the Modified Review Procedure to allow the expansion of a parking lot and for relief from zoning chapter requirements Motion to concur with the Plan Commission that the School District’s request be approved and that site plan approval ordinance 17-5-Z-4291 be amended subject to all conditions and that relief be granted form Sec. 118-212(i)(e) of the Zoning Chapters to allow the parking lot curb to be located approx.. 4 feet from the property line rather than the required 6 feet.  13135 Meeting of the Mayor and Board of Trustees Monday November 20, 2017 Page Three Moved: Trustee Ulrich Seconded: Trustee Roberts Ayes: Roberts, Sutker, Ulrich, Bromberg, Klein, Gray-Keeler and Mayor Van Dusen Nays: None.
