LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Skokie Plan Commission, Thursday, December 5, 2019, Village of Skokie, 5127 Oakton Street, Skokie, Illinois 60077, at 7:30 P.M., to consider the following: NEW ACTION TAKEN 2019-43P – Zoning Chapter Amendment: Art Dealers, Supplies, Sales, and Service Approved as presented Jeff Libert requests an amendment to the Zoning chapter of the Village Code 8-0-1 to amend the Appendix A use table to make art dealers, supplies, sales, and service a permitted use in the M1 Office Assembly Industry zoning district, and any other necessary changes to the Zoning chapter related to this use.
