LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Skokie Plan Commission, Thursday July 16, 2020, Village of Skokie, 5127 Oakton Street, Skokie, Illinois 60077, at 7:30 P.M., to consider the following: NEW ACTION TAKEN 2020-09P – Street Vacation: Lawndale Avenue Approved as The Village of Skokie requests to vacate Lawndale Avenue north of Dempster presented Street and south of a line drawn 2.00 feet south of and parallel to the south 7-0-2 line of the east-west alley north of Dempster Street. 2020-10P – Subdivision: 8822 East Prairie Road and 3650 Dempster Street Approved as presented Skokie Valley Agudath Jacob Synagogue and the Village of Skokie request a 7-0-2 resubdivision to configure 10 existing lots and vacated Lawndale Avenue into 2 new lots in a B2 Commercial zoning district along with a dedication of an 18’-wide public alley between the 2 new lots, and any relief that may be discovered during the review of this case.
