We have gotten the chance to gather as a sub-commission. The sub-commission is compromised of Scott, Christopher, Sam, and Ninos. We are ramping up now that the holidays have passed NICK AND ANDREA HAVE HAD A CONVERSATION AND THE FEASIBILITY INCREASED 7. Next Meeting April 26 20202 8. Adjourn  PAST DISCUSSIONS OF PROGRAMMING  Village Science Fair Award Program (Jimmy/Sam) Postponed on our behalf for a year  A ComEd utility program as to what is available for Business (Scott/Ninos)  CUB event with Brian McDanial (Fran/Sam). Here are the possible topics of conversation: o The New CUB Solar guide o The HEAT Act o Cable and Internet Bills o Land Lines o Lack of choices and the expenses of broad band o Small Cell Bill  A program on automation and its impacts (Scott/James)  HOME MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY with the Public Safety Commission and the Health Department (Ninos and Avi)  A program on cyber security- (Avi/Sam)  Drone Technology (Fine Arts, Public Arts, and a Drone Race) (___/___).  AARP Tablet Training (Fran/Christopher)  4th of July Parade (needs 6 people walking handing out literature, one car, second one $50.00 Internal Programming and projects:  Ninos could have his company bring their outreach programming. –(Ninos/Sam)  Assembling a program package to standardize programming  Creating a cloud based storage and retrieval system for documents  Editing Web page (Sam/Alex)  Redo Survey  Introduce more video into programs to make promotional spots.
