LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Skokie Zoning Board of Appeals, Wednesday, April 7, 2021, Village of Skokie, 5127 Oakton Street, Skokie, Illinois 60077, at 7:30 P.M., to consider the following: NEW ACTION TAKEN 2021-01Z – 8524 Keeler Avenue Approved Edward and Danelle Krule request two variations in order to with conditions construct a 1st and 2nd floor addition resulting in the continuation of the existing 51.80-foot front yard and 5.74-foot north side yard rather than 86-foot minimum front yard and 9-foot minimum 8-0-1 north side yard as required by Sections 118-123(b) and 118- 124(6) b of the Zoning Chapter of the Skokie Village Code in a R1 Covenant required Single Family district. PIN: 10-22-200-045-0000 2021-02Z- 8630 Keeler Avenue Case continued Donna Yahav requests a variation in order to construct a 1st and to May 5, 2021 2nd floor addition resulting in a 3-foot north side yard rather than for lack of notice the 9-foot minimum as required by Section 118-124(6) b of the Zoning Chapter of the Skokie Village Code in a R1 Single Family No vote taken district.
