ii. Revised Real Estate FY 2025 - 447,227.02
iii. Omitted Real Estate FY 2025 - $512,683.39
iv. Omitted Personal Property FY 2025 - $3,169.80
v. Supplemental Real Estate Tax FY 2025 - $434,213.77
vi. CPA Surcharge FY 2025 - $20,975.92
III. Executive Session
The Board will vote to enter into Executive Session for the following reasons:
1. FY 2025 Personal Exemptions
Pursuant to M.G.L.ch 30A, section 21(7) and M.G.l.c. 59, section 60 and M.G.L.c. 59,
section 5, the Board will enter into executive session to discuss exemption applications.
