Call to Order 4:30 PM Meeting called to order on December 30, 2025 at Springfield Training Facility, 299 Page Blvd, Springfield, MA. Pledge of Allegiance I. Open Session The Chairperson announces the intent to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Mass. General Laws chapter 30A, Section 21 (a) (1), to determine whether to hold a hearing which involves the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual, in the matter of; Special Order (SO) #25-024, unless the employee requests an open session. If the meeting and vote is held in Executive Session, the Board of Police Commissioners will not reconvene in Open Session following the conclusion of the Executive Session. A roll call vote is required. II. Executive Session Special Order (SO) #25-024– Violation of Rules & Regulations The Board intends to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Mass.
