BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS Meeting Agenda – February 19, 2026, 4:30 pm Springfield Training Facility, 299 Page Boulevard, Springfield, MA. Call to Order 4:30 PM Meeting called to order on February 19, 2026, at Springfield Training Facility, 299 Page Blvd, Springfield, MA. I. Open Session The Chairperson announces the intent to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Mass. General Laws chapter 30A, Section 21 (a) (1), to determine whether to hold a hearing which involves the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual, in the matter of; Special Order (SO) #25-033, unless the employee requests an open session. If the meeting and vote is held in Executive Session, the Board of Police Commissioners will not reconvene in Open Session following the conclusion of the Executive Session. The Chairperson announces the intent to move to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Mass. General Laws chapter 30A, Section 21 (a) (1), to hold a hearing to discuss and vote on the discipline or dismissal of (including the pay status), or complaints brought against, a Springfield Police Officer, in the matter of Special Order (SO) #25- 024. The employee may request that the hearing be held in open session. If the hearing and vote is held in Executive Session, the Board of Police Commissioners will not reconvene in Open Session following the conclusion of the Executive Session. A roll call vote is required. II. Executive Session Special Order (SO) #25-033– Violation of Rules & Regulations The Board intends to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Mass. General Laws chapter 30A, Section 21 (a) (1), to determine whether to hold a hearing which involves the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual, in the matter of; Special Order (SO) #25-033, unless the employee requests an open session. A roll call vote is required. Special Order (SO) #25-024– Violation of Rules & Regulations The Board intends to enter into Executive Session Pursuant to Mass. General Laws chapter 30A, Section 21 (a) (1), the Board of Police Commissioners will hold a hearing in Executive Session, to receive evidence and discuss and vote on the discipline or dismissal of (including the pay status), or complaints brought against, a Springfield Police Officer, in the matter of Special Order (SO) #25-024. The employees may request that the hearing be held in open session. If the hearing and vote is held in Executive Session, the Board of Police Commissioners will not reconvene in Open Session following the conclusion. Adjournment in Executive Session. Roll call vote required
