Discussion of Elm Street Project Councilor Fenton stated that Kevin Kennedy was out sick and Chris Moskal would speak for SRA. Moskal stated that the Sheen Block was no longer feasible and the New Market tax credits have gone away so there are real updates on the Elm Street Project. Atty. Tom Moore stated that the SRA is meeting on Tuesday to discuss the future of the project, part of meeting may go in to Executive Session. IV. Discussion of Valet parking on Main Street. Councilor Fenton stated that there are 2 options for valet parking on Main Street, 1.) run by the City or it's affiliate or2.) run by MGM. Councilor Fenton will call another meeting of the Casino Oversight Committee in the last week of April to further discuss valet parking after MGM has time to call a meeting with their officials.
