Amending Ch. 390 Councilors in Attendance: Hurst, Allen Synopsis(include pros/cons): The General Government Committee met on May 5, 2016 in Room 200 of City Hall to discuss an amendment to the current ordinance to include “drivers” to where it currently states “owners and operators”. Councilor Timothy Allen made a motion to recommend approval of the amendment to the Full Council on Monday, May 16, 2016. Councilor Justin Hurst seconded the motion, Councilors Allen and Hurst were in favor, no one was opposed.
